We offer a full refund for all full priced items (less a $25 admin fee) & garment/s must be received within 5 working days to receive this refund, excluding Special Orders & Exchanges. There are no exceptions to this time frame, and Glamour reserves the right to issue a gift card or the goods purchased will be returned to sender. 

Please note - full refund exclusions are at any time where any discount or gift with purchase promotion is running or a Special Order is placed. For all discounted items the refund will be a store credit in the form of a gift card.

  • All returns incur a $25 admin fee.
  • Full priced items which have been exchanged will receive a store credit only and must be received within 5 working days to receive this credit.
  • Outlet & Sale items will receive a store credit only - no exceptions.
  • Special Orders (orders placed direct from supplier on behalf of purchaser) will be eligible for a store credit only.
  • Refunds or Exchanges are not available on beauty or intimates.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned under any circumstance.
  • Beauty, Books & Intimates are not refundable.
  • Returns will be only be able to be returned to the card used for purchase.
  • Rural delivery is based on date ready for collection. 

Should you wish to return your garment, you must contact us via email only within 24 hours of receiving it to notify us of your intention to exchange & the garment must then be sent back to us within 5 working days, at your own expense.  There are no exceptions to this time frame, and garments received after this time frame will be returned to sender.

  • ​The item must be returned in the same immaculate, unused and unworn condition it was sent out to you in.
  • ​Any garments showing signs of wear will not be accepted and returned to sender.
  • ​Items must have all tags and packaging attached.
  • Shipping and handling/admin charges are not refundable.
  • Exchanges, only one per order allowed. Returns on exchanges are for a credit only.
  • ​All items will be dispatched with insurance via courier.
  • Any damage incurred in transit will be the responsibility of the courier firm.​​​
  • Glamour will not be responsible for receiving incorrect an address & non delivery of your order.
  • Glamour reserves the right to not to accept your item if there is an issue.
