A full refund will be issued for full priced retail items only, provided all of the requirements below are met.
Outlet and sale items may be exchanged for a store credit only. No refunds.
No refunds or exchanges on jewellery, beauty or underwear items.
Refund & exchange process:
- Should you wish to return your garment, you must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving it to notify us of your intention to exchange.
- The garment must then be posted back to us within 5 days, at your own expense. Australia within 7 days.
- The item must be returned in the same immaculate, unused and unworn condition it was posted out to you in.
- Any garments showing signs of wear will not be accepted (and returned back at your own cost).
- Items must have all tags and packaging attached.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Only one exchange per garment allowed.

- Glamour Boutique reserves the right to not to exchange your item if there is an issue.

Our garments are delicate in nature and we are not responsible for any damages after the purchase has been made. For care and instructions please refer to garment composition tag. All items will be dispatched with insurance via courier. Any damage incurred in transit will be the responsibility of the courier firm.
IN-STORE PURCHASE
Please choose goods carefully as we are not obliged to issue a refund if you change your mind. Goods may be returned for an exchange or store credit with proof of purchase within 5 days.
Items must be in their original packaging, condition, and unused/unwashed with original tags. Jewellery and underwear cannot be exchanged due to hygiene regulations.
All sale items are final, there are no refunds, exchanges or credits.

IN-STORE LAYBYS
Laybys will be held for four weeks from the date of the purchase. If items are not picked up within the four week time frame, they will be returned to stock. If you wish to cancel a layby, the 30% deposit is non-refundable fee. If you wish to transfer your layby to other items we will deduct a $50 admin fee from this amount.
