Returns for online on full priced retail items only, so please choose carefully.
No refunds or exchanges on outlet items.

RETURNS

Should you wish to return your garment, you must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving it to notify us of your
intention to exchange.

​• The garment must then be posted back to us within 5 working days, at your own expense.
​• The item must be returned in the same immaculate, unused and unworn condition it was posted out to you in.
​• Any garments showing signs of wear will not be accepted (and returned back at your own cost).
​• Items must have all tags and packaging attached
​• Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels.
​• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
​• Final Sale items may not be returned under any circumstance.
​• Beauty products are not refundable.
​• Glamour Boutique reserves the right to not to accept your item if there is an issue.

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to exchange your garment, you must contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving it to notify us of your intention to exchange.

​• The garment must then be posted back to us within 5 working days, at your own expense.
​• The item must be returned in the same immaculate, unused and unworn condition it was posted out to you in.
​• Any garments showing signs of wear will not be accepted (and returned back at your own cost).
​• Glamour Boutique reserves the right to not to exchange your item if there is an issue.
​• Only one exchange per garment allowed.

All items will be dispatched with insurance via courier.
Any damage incurred in transit will be the responsibility of the courier firm.​​
